It is obtainable by doing the first few quests of "Beasts of Fury" (CONTENT PATCH) quest chain. The quests are unlocked via the light bulb at the left of the screen, from level 140 onwards. My non-main characters, which are level 140, will be getting it. The characters which have this medal will have this medal indicated in their details.
