The answer would be eq/wep (equipment/weapons) with:
1) + (at least) 3% to all stats (not HP) for ***additional stats*** which are shown in green in the normal stats section (which is not the normal potential section, and which is not the additional potential section) of eq/wep; and
2) + (at least) 3% primary stat for ***normal potential*** of eq/wep (The normal potential section for eq/wep, is not the normal stats section, and is not the additional potential section, of eq/wep).
For point number 2, please kindly take note that revealing the normal potential of eq/wep which are higher than lv120 (by using the magnifying glass button in the inventory window), costs a lot more mesos as compared to doing so for eq/wep up to lv120.
Thus, I would like to kindly recommend that eq/wep which have hidden normal potential, and are above lv120, should only have their normal potential revealed, only if the eq/wep has + (at least) 3% to all stats for additional stats, which are shown in green in the normal stats section of the eq/wep, to save mesos.

1) 1st job Dark Sight from an explorer thief (Shadower, Dual Blade or Night Lord).
2) 2nd job Rage from Hero.
3) 3rd job Cross Over Chains from Dark
Knight.
4) 4th job Advanced Blessing from Bishop.
5) I apologise, I do not know which Hyper skill is the best, but I am using Bowmaster's Hyper skill Preparation, which is a skill buff, and which is not an attack skill.
