Boosting damage range by resetting the 3 Inner Ability lines:

It is possible to increase a character's damage range by resetting the 3 Inner Ability lines, via the Honor Points obtained from defeated monsters, etc.
For a level 263 character, it is possible to obtain the Legendary rank for first Inner Ability line; and the Unique rank for the second and third Inner Ability lines.
