For jobs which use throwing stars, e.g. Night Lord and Night Walker: NOTE: "27 weapon attack" Hwabi Throwing Stars can be obtained from training in the level 105 to level 114 (Zebra Stripe Ticket) MONSTER PARK (Any town > Quick Move on the left of the screen > Dimension Mirror > Monster Park) area, which you can only enter with a character within the stated/aforementioned levels.

Note:

1. Monster Park tickets can be purchased for mesos from NPC Mary at the left side of the lobby area of Monster Park. [***No longer applicable***]

2. Every 10 Monster Park ticket pieces can be exchanged for 1 Monster Park ticket through NPC Mary. Monster Park ticket pieces can be obtained from normal monsters in normal monster maps.

An alternative is the lv70 Hwabi Throwing-Stars, which has 27 weapon attack. The lv117 boss monster Master Birk, in the monster map Leafre - Valley of Mountain Goats 1, happens to drop the Hwabi Throwing-Stars.
